Welcome to Hypnotherapy, a  world of infinite possibilities.

 Just as we do not know how many trees are in one single acorn. We do not know the infinite possibilities of the inner space of the human heart.

I enjoy metaphor and I really like this metaphor given by Rachel Naomi Reams, a physician, healer and author

For a moment Imagine… Imagine an acorn trying to make sense of itself, trying to understand itself by describing itself.  It might say, I'm about an inch long, flat on one side, pointed on the other side, brown in color, hard to the touch and so on.

But, the description fails to capture the true essence of the acorn.

It is important to realize that the acorn cannot make sense of itself without knowing about the oak tree.   Without knowing that deep inside of itself there is a mechanism, waiting to unfold, which knows exactly how to become the fullness of expression of the oak tree. How many oak trees are in one acorn?

 Hypnosis will take you to the place deep inside…that place of deep inner wisdom which allows you to discover the fullness of your expression.

Hypnotherapy allows you to access and align with your inner space and higher power, and find a state of profound, peaceful relaxation.  It is a completely natural and safe process one that will empower you to live your best life.

So, It is no coincidence that my office is anchored by a big beautiful old oak tree.  Standing, strong, proud and tall.  It's canopy of branches and leaves reaching out, embracing the sky, providing life, giving shelter and nourishment.

We walk…

We move and change…

They remain the quiet center of being…

reflecting the cycles of life so naturally.

The entire spectrum of human existence is reflected in tree lore through the ages; Birth, death, rebirth, the age-old struggle between good and evil…and the quest for beauty, truth and enlightenment. Like us, the tree has an innate inner wisdom.  The living wisdom of trees tell us that we are all traveling together through the cycle of life. 

Within us all, lie the seeds of infinite possibility revealed through the power of hypnotherapy.
